Commissioner David E. Hazellief was elected to the Board of County Commission in November 2024 with a term to expire in November 2028, and he is currently serving his third term.  Commissioner Hazellief was appointed as Chairman to the Board on 11/22/22, and prior to that appointment he served as 1st Vice Chair.  He has completed the Florida Association of Counties Commissioner Certification Program, and he represents the Board of County Commissioners on the following Boards and Committees:
