The Public Safety Complex is a well-designed center that supports both proactive preparation and reactive response to emergencies in Okeechobee County. Fire Rescue Administration and Emergency Management operate out of this facility during normal business hours. The facility contains numerous offices and meeting rooms that are used for daily Fire Rescue operations. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is crucial during large-scale emergencies. This is where first responders, local authorities, and other agencies would convene, share information, and coordinate a response. The Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), also known as the 911 call center is also located here and operates with trained dispatchers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week lifeline for anyone experiencing an emergency.
Station 1: Serving and Protecting "Central" Okeechobee County

Station 1 serves the areas of the City of Okeechobee. Basswood, Whispering Pines, R-Bar Estates, Dixie Ranch Acres, Dewberry Gardens, Lazy 7, Platts Bluff, Cypress Quarters, Four Seasons, Spot in the Sun and Crooked Creek. The station is equipped with two paramedic engines, wo paramedic ambulances and several reserve apparatuses, ensuring a prompt response to emergencies. A team of eight highly trained professionals are stationed here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and ready to respond to any emergency. Station 1 also functions as the logistical hub, managing fire equipment, EMS supplies and firefighter uniforms for the department.
Station 2: Serving and Protecting "South" Okeechobee County

Station 2 serves the areas of Treasure Island, Taylor Creek Isles, Kings Bay, Larkee Lakes, Pioneer Estates, Up the Grove Beach, Ousley Estates, Hwy 78 West, and Buckhead Ridge. Station 4: Serving and Protecting "North" Okeechobee County

Station 4 serves the areas of Country Hills Estates, Dark Hammock, Otter Creek, Pine Creek, Fort Drum, Indian Hammock, The Viking, Bassinger and a portion of the Florida Turnpike. The station is equipped with one paramedic engine and one paramedic ambulance ensuring a prompt response to emergencies. A team of four highly trained professionals are stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to respond to any emergency.
